Stock count says you have three pastel lehengas. Availability says two are booked across next weekend’s peak overlap and one is In washing. That is the only number that matters when a customer asks “do you have something for the 22nd?”

- Add products with item code, rent, deposit, stock, photos.

- On product detail: review Related orders.
- After return: send to washing; mark Washed & ready before promising again.
- Import remaining catalog via Excel when migrating off registers.
Ask date first
Every enquiry starts with event dates, then colour/size filters—not the other way around.
Name the SKU
Confirmations name item codes so two “maroon heavy” pieces cannot be confused.
Wash before rebook
A free calendar slot on a dirty garment is still a failed rental.
