Scope of these terms

These terms cover the public Tradock website at tradock.in, including product information, educational content, and contact or demo forms. Access to the Tradock application is governed by a separate customer agreement provided when you subscribe.

Informational content

Blog posts, FAQs, and industry pages are for general informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional for GST and compliance decisions specific to your business.

Demo and contact requests

Submitting a form does not create a paid subscription. Pricing shown on the Tradock website (including ₹14,999 for the first year and ₹4,999/year renewal) may be confirmed or updated during sales conversations.

Intellectual property

Tradock name, branding, website copy, and design elements are owned by Tradockor its licensors. You may not copy or reuse site materials for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradock is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Tradock website. Product warranties and service levels for the software are defined in your customer agreement.
