Overview
Tradock is sold as an annual software subscription for rental businesses. Pricing for the first year is ₹14,999 and renewal is ₹4,999 per year, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Eligibility
- If your shop account was never activated after payment due to our delay, you may request a full refund of the unused subscription fee.
- If you request cancellation within 7 days of first payment and the workspace has not been used for live customer bookings, contact us to review a goodwill refund.
- After active production use (orders, inventory, or invoices created for real customers), subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the paid term.
Renewals
Renewal charges cover hosting, maintenance, and software updates for the renewal year. Unused partial years after renewal are not prorated unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
