- Define categories, types, colors, sizes; import via Excel when onboarding bulk.
- Create each lehenga with item code, rent, deposit, stock qty, photos.
- Filter browse by color/size/type when customers ask visually.
- Open related orders on the product before promising.
- Run Availability Check for the date window (or date+category browse).
- After returns, set In washing until Washed & ready.
- Deactivate long-repair or retired couture.
- Use Sales when a sample is sold outright so rentable qty stays coherent.
