How to Manage Alterations Before Dispatch
Keep tailor work from delaying wedding dispatch: flag alteration needed, work the alterations queue, then move outfits to ready to dispatch.

- Set Alteration needed on the sub-order at booking
- Use Summary → Alterations to pull the work queue
- Optionally note tailor on the product record
- Move status to Ready to dispatch only when work is done
- Dispatch with challan/invoice once the piece is actually ready
